Refund Policy
All items are handmade, which may lead to differences in color, shape, and texture as it appears in photos. Refunds are not applicable if there are variations in the piece compared to the listing photos, or if the item is damaged in the customer’s care by dropping, hard contact, or from microwave/dishwasher use. Refunds will be honored in cases of items broken during shipping, and all shipped items are fully insured with USPS.
Under special circumstances, a refund or replacement will be offered if the pot breaks on its own accord (usually a maker error), such as breakage after filling the vessel with hot water, or breakage of the handle without contact. Items such as this will have to be shipped back to the maker so an inspection of the pot can be made before refunding.
