Do you make everything yourself?
Yes, I do! Everything you see in the online shop or in person at a market is made entirely by my hands. I either wheel-throw, hand-build, or use various types of molds to create my work. I even make all my own glazes!
Do you ship outside the US?
All items are handmade, which may lead to differences in color, shape, and texture as it appears in photos. Refunds are not applicable if there are variations in the piece compared to the listing photos, or if the item is damaged in the customer’s care by dropping, hard contact, or from microwave/dishwasher use. Refunds will be honored in cases of items broken during shipping, and all shipped items are fully insured with USPS.
Under special circumstances, a refund or replacement will be offered if the pot breaks on its own accord (usually a maker error), such as breakage after filling the vessel with hot water, or breakage of the handle without contact. Items such as this will have to be shipped back to the maker so an inspection of the pot can be made before refunding. Dirt Druid will not cover shipping in this circumstance but will replace the item for free upon request.
Please contact me directly through email or socials if you’d like to make an international order! With current tariffs and shipping costs, I am wary of international shipping, but I am willing to work with customers as needed!
Do you take commissions?
I will take commissions regarding customizing the size, color, or minor details of items I currently make. For example, I can make a custom mug in a color and size of your choice, or a set of them! I will NOT make items I am not already working on, such as a casserole dish, a set of plates, or a copy of a pot you saw online. I will, however, recommend you to the next best person for the task if I know of someone!
All commissions will require 50% of the cost up front, and an agreement will be drawn up regarding cost, expected time to completion, cancellation and refund policy, and shipping/delivery. Please reach out with any questions concerning commissions.
Where can I find your work in person?
Currently, you can find my work, my studio, and me at Artists on Santa Fe, 747 Santa Fe Dr, Denver, CO. I am at the studio most days, but please check the gallery hours prior to visiting, as the public is only allowed through the studios at that time.
